请求URL格式：https://ip-counter.yucho.top/?user={username} 其中{username}为用户名，不存在会自动创建用户。
操作成功返回格式：
{"successful":true,"message":"User {username} has requested this counter using {count} unique IP addresses.","count":{count}}
其中{count}为未被其他用户使用的IP数（即“unique IP address”）。
